Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Verification failed. This user is not active.

I have my daughter's old iphone 5.


She logged it out and did a factory reset.


I set up a new icloud account but now when I try to enter the password I get the error message "Verification failed. This user is not active."


Can anyone tell me how to sort it out please?
