Right side hole

I accidentally press hole on the right side of apple watch series 4. I think it was a hole like other apple devices to open a sim card. Is it okay?

That’s the microphone. Pushing should not harm it. Hopefully you didn’t insert a SIM removal tool.

As long hey siri fully optimal, when i speak and siri reply me back. The microphone that i push with sim removal tool much be no worry about right?
