Apple Music on iphone 6 plus keeps crashing. Hi, I have an iphone 6+, with ios 12.5.3 which is up to date. Everytime I open my Apple Music it keeps on crashing, earlier it was working fine then it prompted me to update my ios, afterwards it kept on crashing. Apple Music works on my other devices like iPad8 and even my iPhone 4s. I already restarted my phone, uninstalled it and re-installed it but had the same issue. I also went to Settings, signed out of iCloud, and even turning of iCloud Library in Music before doing so but to no avail. Does this mean that I need to reset my phone or can I call apple support for assistance?

Close the music app

Reset Network settings

restart your device
