Card won’t verify - contact card issuer

I recently upgraded to the XS max. I can see my credit card in the wallet but it will not verify. I’ve seen many threads with the same issue but no one seems to have solved it. Everything is up-to-date - I have done a factory reset, logged in and out of iCloud, etc.

I have tried all the fixes that are on the threads nothing has worked. Has anyone come up with a solution yet?
