Discounted Cash Flow Model

Hello guys. I'm learning DCF Model, so I downloaded template. While everything else is straightforward, there is one thing that makes no sense. I've been (unsuccessfully) trying to figure out *how* they got this number = 378,831. (there is no formula when I double click on the number).

Please take a look at screenshot.

467,009 - 12% = 410,967.92

How the heck did they get 378,381

This makes no sense. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

More Info to help you with your answer:

Apparently, the above figure is calculated using Excell's =NPV() [Net Present Value] function.

For more info + DCF Model template, go to https://corporatefinanceinstitute.com/resources/knowledge/valuation/dcf-formula-guide/

When I use NPV Function in Apple Numbers, I get different result than above. So, there you go, something doesn't make sense here.

NPV function = (periodic discount rate, cash flow)
