Discounted Cash Flow Model
Hello guys. I'm learning DCF Model, so I downloaded template. While everything else is straightforward, there is one thing that makes no sense. I've been (unsuccessfully) trying to figure out *how* they got this number = 378,831. (there is no formula when I double click on the number).
Please take a look at screenshot.
467,009 - 12% = 410,967.92
How the heck did they get 378,381
This makes no sense. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Apparently, the above figure is calculated using Excell's =NPV() [Net Present Value] function.

When I use NPV Function in Apple Numbers, I get different result than above. So, there you go, something doesn't make sense here.
NPV function = (periodic discount rate, cash flow)
