Is the keyboard charged? How long has it been since you used it with your iPad?
I guess I wasn't aware Logitech made a keyboard which is powered off the Apple Smart Connectors. You'll need to reach out to Logitech however, as it's not an Apple product. I see way too many issues with the smart connectors and keyboards (even from Apple). This is why I prefer a Bluetooth keyboard.
I have the same issue since update to iOS 12.3 but with a 10.5 pro so to me it doesn’t seem like a hardware/Logitech issue. Has been reported on Logitech support forum as well. The keyboard does not charge. it is powered through the docking connector. ( I can't remember the official name of the docking port.) I worked a few weeks go.
