FaceTime can't be used in the UAE. So if you buy an iPhone in the UAE and then use it in your home country, FaceTime (and other services blocked in the UAE) won't work correctly. Better off buying an iPhone destinated for your country (Philippines)

Look for a code along the lines of M####LL/A.
If the letters before the slash are AB, AE, or UR, no. You may also be denied warranty service for it there.
If the letters before the slash are AH or HB, yes, but you may be denied warranty service for it there.
If the letters before the slash are anything else, yes, and it didn't originate from the Middle East.
They'll be PP on an iPhone originating from the Philippines.

Don't buy it out of your home country. The warranty is only good in the country of purchase.
FaceTime is disabled in the UAE and difficult to enabled outside it.
