How to access router via IPv6 address on MacOS?
I can access router via http://[fe80::1] on windows OS but in MacOS I can't do that.

it's same subnet because it's home use.

Have you tried Safari?
Are you trying to connect via ethernet? WiFi?
Does the router show up in System Preferences->Network clicking the
"Advanced... " button? Or alternatively using terminal and executing
ifconfig?
Are you on the same subnet?
