Bank account transfer

I am trying to transfer the money from Apple Pay into my bank account instantly, but it keeps telling me to add a card every time when my bank card is already set up on there. I click add a card and add my bank card once again but it just says it’s already in my wallet. So how can I do it instantly when it won’t let me pick my bank card?
