Apple pay transfer to bank card

I’m trying to transfer my Apple Pay money to my bank card to do an instant transfer. I already have my bank card in my wallet. When I hit the instant transfer, it asks me to add a bank card when I already have one in my wallet. Can anyone tell me why I can’t I instant transfer my funds to my card?

It has to be a Visa debit to use instant transfer - Transfer money from Apple Cash to your Visa debit card or bank account - Apple Support
