mac pro 4.1 early 2009 el capitan vs high sierra OS performance

I have a Mac pro 4.1 and i have done an update to high Sierra ( form El capitan) through the official way , the result is that i feel my mac slower that El Capitan OS .

My main concern is to keep up with adobe lightroom and 4k editing videos without having speed problems . My main apps at High sierra even though i have newer ssd is slower responding ...

It seems that the newer the OS the crappier makes my mac pro looks ... Even a new middle category windows laptop seems to react much faster than my upgraded mac pro for 4k editing ...

i have found another upgraded mac pro 4.1 at a price of 250 dollars and i don't know if i have to buy it and if yes if i have to leave the OS at el capitan ?

I suggest you use the program created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  It will provide a snapshot of your system which we can analyze to possibly determine the cause of your problem. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

Use the Add Text button to include the Etrecheck report in your reply.

the "clean Up" group can be deleted while Etrecheck is open with buttons nearby.

The unsigned item that is a problem shows its directory. Copy and paste the entry into:

Finder > Go Menu > Go to folder and it should take you there immediately. then delete the item in question.

The directory for use in Go to Folder:

~/Library/LaunchAgents ( this says tilde [~] for current user, Library folder, LaunchAgents sub-folder )

the file:

com.google.keystone.xpcservice.plist
