All my songs disappeared

Hello 3 days ago i wake up in the morning and i noticed that my songs from the apple music app are gone.

i think the night before it update its self to 12.3.1 so im asking can i get my songs back?? Please help

As long as your account is still active you can try this:

Turn iCloud Music Library off, then on again

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

1. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it off.
2. Close Settings.
3. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it on.
4. Turn on “Show Apple Music

If they still don’t load:

in settings- iTunes App Store - your name - sign out- then sign back in - you will need to turn iCloud music library back on again.

Unless there was a problem with your payment method (it happens).

check if your subscription is still active:

verify your payment method:

In Settings - your name - Payment and shipping

make sure that you're signed in to all of your devices with the Apple ID that you use with Apple Music

I tried both ways nothing is happening it drives me nuts its impossible all of your songs to vanish like this it must be an explanation
