Either upload them to your Mac and sync them to your iPad or use the Apple SD Card reader, which you can buy directly from Apple. You can get one with either Lightning connector if your iPad uses Lightning or USB C if your iPad is the newer iPad Pro 11" or 12.9" 2018 model.
