Can't find my apps on my itune.

How can I delet my apps on my itune to be able to empty my phone memory? This is getting too frustrating and confusing now using itune and literally my phone doesn't function anymore! any help how can I get access to my apps?

I can't delete apps off of my iPhone 11 max pro running iOS 13.4.1 Hello all, I am not able to delete any apps from my iphone.. I have had an iphone since the 1st gen.. When the apps "wiggle" there is no X that shows up. When I go to settings-general- storage it won't let me delete them from there either.. It makes no sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

iPhone apps are in the iOS App Store.

To delete an app from the device just hold down on its icon and then click the X.
