Im able to listen to music but I cant download

hey ! For about two weeks I am able to listen to music on my Apple Music but I cant download .This randomly just happened , my Apple Music is paid for and everything . Something pops out saying exactly "iCloud music library cant be turned on because this device is already associated with another Apple ID . this device can be associated with a different Apple ID IN 73 DAY "
