siri is not working.

Hey there, I didn't upgrade cuz I just a new MacBook Pro, but Siri was working fine until she wasn't. I'm getting exactly the same thing you've screen shot above - half toned when hitting the Siri button on the touch bar and getting that same empty pop up without the Siri floating voice bar, and getting that she can't hear me as well.

Have you heard from anyone or found a solution?

After scanning more posts one solution worked for me:

SMC restart:

1. Shut down your laptop and unplug your laptop or detach your power cord.
2. Shift+Control+Option (left side of the keyboard)+Power button hold for ten seconds then release.
3. Hit power button to turn laptop back on.

After I did this, I was able to set Siri back up.
