Golf clash/playdemic refund.

There were numerous players in the game who cheated and exploited playdemic in tournament play. I am requesting a refund due to lack of fixing bug glitches that occurred before & after in game purchases. I would like to be refunded for all tournament based purchases (minimum) for lack of divulging this information to its users. My requests for refund keep getting denied immediately.

thanks.

You know that these are user forums and that we are just fellow users, nobody on here can refund anything.

I assume you've contacted the app's developer.

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund any of your recent purchases as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
