My iPhone 6 is not charging; though my USB AC wall adapter works fine with other usb cable and vice versa

I don’t know why My battery is newly Replaced last month. So I test my charger: My USB AC wall adapter is working fine when paired with other USB cable; same goes with the USB cable when paired to other usb ac wall adapters (not apple related accessories), it’s still working, but when the original usb cable and usb ac adaptor is paired, it is not working. My phone is not charging

please help
