Can’t update and download

I can’t update or download any apps, it keeps saying I need to update my billing information, my information is correct but it doesn’t work

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

Check again with the steps provided in this support guide:

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If nothing changes, contact iTunes Store Support and explain your issue. Fill out and send them this form:

iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support
