imac Os x
So i just bought an imac from a friend of mine and im trying to install the os x and when i try to put in apple id it says try again later. Ive tried multiple times and it says the same thing

First thing to do is to see if the computer has gone through the steps https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201065. If it has not, then PLEASE ensure this is done first. Then you can start. What year iMac is it and exactly how are you attempting to install Mac OS?
