Error:impossible to erase « com.apple.safaridavclient » because I'm not allow to do that

/Users/admin/Library/Caches/com.apple.safaridavclient:

impossible to erase« com.apple.safaridavclient » because I haven't the needed authorization to access.

I work with iOS 10.14.5 Mojave on an iMac.
