iPhone 7

I got a new iPhone 7 from Tesco but when I’m on a call I can hear them but they find it very hard to hear me was on to Tesco but they are very poor about trying to fix it can u help please thanks

Let's first check a potential usage issue. The phone has a mic on the back near the camera that is used for noise suppression. If this is covered it can make your voice sound weak or garbled. So check the mic (it's just a small hole) and make sure your case doesn't cover it. If you have a flip-open portfolio style case don't fold it all the way back when on a call.

If this doesn't appear to be the problem make a genius bar appointment at your nearest Apple store-->Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple. Apple provides all service and support for iPhones, regardless of where you bought it.
