Apple Watch malfunction

If the screen flashes on and off. It has been taken to the Apple Store, told that it needed to update new version. Done. Still screen flashes on and off. I bought it 7 months ago. Can I get a new one or refund?

Apple tells me my watch which is a series to fail to update to the latest software so I need to send it in for a repair. I am told I may or may not be charged $229 Does anyone have any experience with the red! In the Apple series to watch? Apple says it is a software issue and I may be charged $229 for repair or if they determine it’s Apple’s fault I won’t be charged.

Apple Watch Series 2 Replacement Glitchy I sent my Series 2 Watch in with $79 for a replacement because my battery would no longer hold a charge. Other than that it worked perfectly. The replacement is glitchy.....sometimes the battery doesn't last all day (even on a quiet day), but the biggest issue is that it randomly goes into the black screen with the Apple Logo multiple times a day. Buttons don't work and putting it on the charger (or taking it off) makes no difference. This happens during ordinary use, charging, and exercise. It may last minutes or it may last hours. Do I have any recourse or am I just out $79 and my Watch? Thank you.

Did you talk to them about it possibly being covered under their warranty?
