i cant connect itunes to unlock my ipad

it mean you have to connect the ipad with the cable to a computer with itunes installed

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

if you can't get that working you can try

DFU mode to Restore - Apple Community
