Apple will not save CVV for credit card purchases

No matter how many times I put the CVV in the box it will not save and I can’t make in-app purchases. I have deleted Credit card information and reentered and still does not save.

What happens when you try to do in-app purchases ? The code isn't stored on an account for security reasons (e.g. if the account is hacked it can't be seen), it will be blank each time you go to the payment details screen.

If you can't make the purchase, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.

When I try to make an in-app purchase, the contact iTunes support message pops up. Everything was working fine about 2 weeks ago. When I was working with the credit card on Apple ID I would get the message in red about all information needs completed or however it was worded. The only line not complete was the CCV. I enter it and click Done. I try to make a purchase and it’s an endless circle.
