CVV not working

I'm trying to make a purchase, and it says that my payment method failed, so I look and there's no CVV put in. So I put it in and try to pay again, and it fails again, and the CVV is gone again. And every single time I try to put it in, it deletes it and I can't make any purchases. How do I make it so my CVV will save?
