Trouble of Cancelation Subscription

Hi, I’ve subscribed an app yesterday and want to unsubscribe the app immediate. But I encountered with problem to cancel the subscription. I couldn’t scroll up or down to select on “cancel subscription”. Can you help me on this please? Thank you
