iPhone 7 has no service

My iPhone 7 has no service and carrier update failed this issue has been prolong for 2 weeks now. I went to Verizon as they are my carrier (my phone carrier is Verizon 36.0.1) to asked them about this issue, but they asked me to go to Apple for this issue.

You'll need to take it to an Apple Store for diagnostic and repair.


Its possible it is suffering from a known issue that Apple published a recall for. If it is, you can get a free repair or replacement from Apple.
