No service after updating to iOS 14.7.1

My iPhone haven't been working since August after updating to iOS 14.7.1. I have the problem with "No Service".

I tried to update my iPhone many times via iTunes to other iOS (14.8; 15; 15.0.2). But the problem's persist.

After full updating (like a new iPhone), I can't to activate it, becausy my carrier network can't search. Only searching..

Please, fix my iPhone or replace for the new.
