I cannot sign in to my my new iPhoneXs

hi, I have some problem with my new iphoneXs, I got my new iPhone this morning, but I con not sign in the iTunes and App store. my last iPhone has broken, and could not turn on.

iPhone XS, iOS 12

What happens when you try? Error message(s)?


Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device


You are entitled to 90 days of telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.


Apple Support Contact


Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.
