In-game purchases
It won’t let me buy something in game and it sends me to this link what shall I do?

If you mean that you are being told to contact iTunes Support then this is not where you were told to go to, these are user forums and we are just fellow users. To do as instructed :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
