how to solve "App Store cannot be opened because of a problem"

My system is Os High Serria 10.13.6 and i don't know why since few days ago "iCloud Drive may not work properly. Please check the iCloud preference pane." keep pop up and i checked my pane has no problem, and today i cannot open my app store and it says "App Store cannot be opened because of a problem" and comes with this problem report. If anyone know the solution please help me, thank you all so much.
