2018 Mac Mini compatible with "HDMI Deep Color"?

Hello,

Does anyone know if the 2018 Mac Mini (latest model) is compatible with a 4K monitor's "HDMI Deep Color" feature? I have an LG 4K monitor that has this feature but I'm not sure if I should turn the feature on or off... or if my Mac Mini can actually take advantage of it. The display works with the "HDMI Deep Color" feature On or Off but I don't really notice any difference. The monitor is connected via HDMI.

I didn't find much info online so thanks for any info about this!

Update: Actually, I just noticed some degradation of certain icons and graphics (especially around the borders and edges of icons/graphics) with "HDMI UltraHD Deep Color" enabled so I'm going to keep it disabled. But I'm still curious if anyone knows if the 2018 Mac Mini is supposed to be compatible with this feature. Also, I'm wondering if it's intended for 4K movies and not really everyday computing. Thanks.
