Godzilla 4k 1998 Version Missing English Subtitles
Godzilla is missing the English subtitles that should appear in the 8 minute to 9 minute mark in the movie. This movie shows correctly in Movies Anywhere, and in Vudu, but not in iTunes.

The studio/content provider are responsible for their own content, iTunes/Apple cannot change/update/correct their content. If the studio won't correct their problem try contacting iTunes Support again, and say that the provider won't correct it
