No subtitles. Help!
The trailer I viewed had subtitles but the movie does not. Even when I push the play/pause button nothing appears on the screen that would indicate you can start a subtitle. Any idea what to do?

Turn on subtitles and closed captioning (if available)
During playback, press the down button on the smart TV or streaming device remote to show the Subtitles pane, then select an option.
