Powerbeats Pro alternate fit options

I just received my Powerbeats Pro headset and I want to like them but am having fit issues. My ears hurt from the way the earpiece is designed and sits inside my ear. I think a better earbud/ear tip materials may help alleviate the pressure. Has anyone found solid aftermarket ear tips for the Pros? Do the old Powerbeats and new Pro share the same tip design so I can explore existing options in the market?
