GLUCOFACTS Deluxe v3.14.00 does not work in MOJAVE
It installs OK but when I try to run it from applications I get the following ERROR MESSAGE:
Not authorized to send Apple events to Finder (-1743)
IOs there a solution to this problem?

Have you contacted the developer?
That message indicates it is using AppleScript (or similar) to send events to other programs. You can approve that in Security & Privacy System Preferences under the Privacy tab.
If the app doesn't show up in Accessibility or Automation, you'll have to ask the developer.
