"System software from developer was blocked from loading" MESSAGE NOT SHOWING. (UAD Meter & Control Panel)

Hi,

I'm trying to open "UAD Meter & Control Panel" for my new audio interface. When I try to open it, the message saying "Click Allow in Security & Privacy" show up, but there aren't any new messages in System preferences about blocked software / developers.

I'm using Mojave 10.14.6.

Security feature in OS 10.13.3 is blocking KEXT extensions when connecting a 3rd party audio interface. The security feature in OS 10.13.3 is apparently blocking KEXT extensions when I connect a 3rd party audio interface. In OS 10.13.6 it looks like one is able to get around this through the Security and Privacy Menu which shows the last blocked application at the bottom of the menu with a button to Allow the exception. In OS 10.13.3, the last blocked application does not show up and there is no button to allow anything. How can we solve this so I can use the interface.. Click on the Privacy tab there, or right click on the app & choose Open.
