App Store and iTunes

My App Store and iTunes is disabled I can’t update or download anything or try using another card

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
