Sharing mobile data by usb cable

How can I share mobile data to computer using USB cable? I mean my charging cable.

iPhone SE, iOS 12

how to share internet without a usb I was wondering if there is a way to share my internet from my iphone to a windows pc without cable or a usb because when i use a cable it keeps charging my phone and i feel like its damage my battery life if not, then is there way to stop it from charging and just share the internet through the cable ??

You can either back it up using iTunes, then get a 3rd party iPhone backup extractor, or get a 3rd party data transfer app for your computer such as TouchCopy (Windows & Mac) or PhoneView (Mac only).
