Disabled iphone

How do I open my disabled iPhone. It’s not connected to the Internet and i lost my old Mac and I’m using a new laptop

download iTunes if you don't have it installed yet, and then put your phone in recovery mode see link If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
