I changed my email address a long time ago for my Apple ID and whenever I try to do something, the old Apple ID pops up. It won’t let me type in any other email. I don’t know how to fix this problem. Every time I try to use my iPad it wants me to type in the password for the old Apple ID.

When you change apple ID name you need to sign out off all other devices than the device you use to change the apple ID name.
