I just bought a new Apple TV box, I created a new apple acoount but when I tried to work with my Apple TV, I couldn't get anything to work. I was asked for my itunes ID and password. I tried my apple ID and password, they did not work, so Itried to create an itunes account but I couldn't, any suggestion on how to open an itunes store account ....

An Apple ID and iTunes account are the same thing. What happened when you tried to login with that account ? And/or the account you are using on here if that is a different one ?
What are you referring to when you say 'between iTunes and apple' ? An iTunes account is the same as an Apple ID, they are just different ways of referring to an account - the account should work on that website, on a computer's iTunes, iOS device, Apple TV.
The id and password works ok on that site, and you are entering both the id and password on the Apple TV, you aren't still logged in with a previous password ?
What is the exact text of the message that you are getting ? Apple ID and iTunes account are just different ways of referring to an account. Can you log into the account on your computer's iTunes (Account drop-down menu) ?
I meant what are you entering i.e. are you entering both the id and password (i.e. you aren't currently logged in), or is the id already showing (i.e. you already logged in) and are just being prompted to enter the account's password

Now, what I don't understand really is the difference between itunes and apple. I already have an apple account but it is not working with my apple smart TV. It is only working when the website above

For the account that you were trying, was the password eventually accepted ? Does that id and password work elsewhere e.g. http://appleid.apple.com ? And what was the actual text that you got ?

I solved the problem; I created an itunes store account through microsoft store, using my apple login information and it worked ...
