All photos not uploading to icloud
I turned on iCloud on my phone and it started uploading photos but stopped after uploading 475 photos out of 1,200. Why?

How long has it been syncing? The photos sync to iCloud is very, very slow. If you are sure it has stopped syncing, try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off Photos syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on. Allow time for syncing to occur.
Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
