Change iCloud email address or delete it

Hi,

I have been using Apple ID and iCloud since a long time.

I have a iCloud email address and just want to delete my iCloud email address, because I'll be making another ID for my Son and he has used him name for iCloud email.

Or

Is there any way I can change email of my Apple ID?
