Why can’t we view each others purchased apps on our IPhones when family sharing is activated?

If they aren't showing under the other member's ids in the Purchased section, have you/they got seating of purchases enabled on your accounts : Share App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases with Family Sharing - Apple Support ?
