Can’t log into iCloud photo gallery
How can I log in to iCloud on the internet to view my photos? It keeps sending me to “Find My IPhone”.

If you use a desktop/laptop computer (like a Mac or Windows PC) you can go to the www.icloud.com website.
If you do it on your iPhone with Safari it's only going to show you the "Find My iPhone" page.
I believe if you install another browser through the App Store, like Firefox or Chrome or Opera that would work if you don't have a computer to use.
