There is SAR 209,98 charger for ITunes.com/Bill

but I don’t have any Idea Abu it .

i asked the apple support team for help me, but they don’t have information about it , big questions mark they asked me about VISA number

Start with this: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
