12.3.1 upgrade problem

I have a new iPhone 7 it upgraded to 12.3.1 but now I dont need my ID to open phone. Any ideas to get this back.

I need to initialize the Iphone 5 I need to initialize the iPhone 5, but request access to an Apple ID which is predefined in the phone and is not the right one anymore (I have changed it in the meantime). how can I initialize without using the Apple ID or, alternatively, how can I change the Apple ID on the iPhone? tks

Thanks but done all that I'll try to go back to basic and reset phone. ID came on when phone rang but it lets me open phone without the ID strange.
